Fresh Fish Tacos for Kailua Residents
From Kailua and Lanikai, our Hau'ula restaurant is about 30 minutes north along Kamehameha Highway (Hwy 83), following one of Oahu's most stunning coastal drives. The route passes through Kaneohe, Kahaluu, and Ka'a'awa, with ocean views and the Ko'olau Mountains the entire way.
Beachgoers who spent the morning at Kailua Beach Park or kayaking to the Mokulua Islands extend their windward adventure with a drive up the coast for fresh fish tacos. Enchanted Lake families and Waimanalo residents make it a regular outing.
Our Shark's Cove food truck is also reachable from Kailua, though it's a longer route around the island. For Kailua residents, Hau'ula is the quicker, more scenic choice.
